Prior to attending

• Book an appointment via telephone, website or email.

• Please be aware no patients will be allowed to enter the practice without prior appointment

• Update your medical history prior attending the practice, this can be done via the patient app, otherwise Click here to download the medical history form  

 

 On arrival

• Notify the receptionist of your arrival via the "ring" video doorbell.

• Upon entering the practice you will be instructed to use a hand sanitising gel that is provided and a staff member will take your temperature. 

 

 On completion of the treatment
